Main motor (M4)

This motor is located to the right of the controller board, behind the

formatter pan.

1 Remove the rear cover (see page 243).

2 Remove the formatter board and formatter pan (see page 254

and page 272).

3 Unplug one connector.

4 Remove four screws (callout 1), and pull the motor away from the

chassis.
