SR6 Output Bin Full sensor
NOTE: Upper-front cover has been removed for clarity.
1. Open the right door.
2. Lower the secondary transfer assembly.
3. Remove the fuser.
4. Move the output-bin full sensor flag.

5. Check the control-panel display for sensor response.
TIP: A green virtual LED displays on the control panel when the sensor is active. The number of
times the sensor is triggered also displays.
6. If no response, remove the control panel and verify that the flag is moving. If not, replace the
delivery assembly. If the sensor is malfunctioning, replace the delivery assembly.
