of the variety of possible slot, NIC, and cabling configurations.
CLUSTER INSTALLATION OVERVIEW
1. Set up the ProLiant servers by installing and configuring
Microsoft Windows 2000 Datacenter Server.
2. Install the dedicated interconnect.
3. Set up the storage subsystem.
a. Configure the storage controllers.
b. Connect cables from the Fibre Channel switches to
the storage subsystem.
4. Install and configure two HBAs in each server.
5. Install SWCC.
6. Configure the storage subsystem for Fibre Channel.
7. Verify the storage controller properties.
8. Configure the storagesets.
9. Install SANworks Secure Path software.
10. Connect the HBAs to the switches.
11. Set the storage controllers to multibus failover.
