Disaster Recovery
This chapter covers failover and failback scenarios that can occur with the ProLiant
Cluster HA/F500 for EVA Enhanced DT configuration.
Managing CA
Refer to the HP Continuous Access EVA Operations Guide (referred to in this chapter
as the CA guide) for complete instructions on managing the CA software.
Failure Scenarios
The HA/F500 for EVA Enhanced DT cluster uses CA software to provide automated
failover of applications, servers, and server resources. This provides an extra level of
availability for applications. Failback is not supported for Windows operating
systems.
