SmartStart CD
SmartStart configuration software, located on the SmartStart CD, is the intelligent
way to configure the ProLiant servers for a ProLiant Cluster HA/F500. SmartStart
configuration software uses a step-by-step process to configure the servers and load
system software.
For information about SmartStart software, refer to the documentation included with
your ProLiant server.
System Configuration Utility
The SmartStart CD also contains the System Configuration Utility. This utility is the
primary means to configure hardware devices in a server, such as I/O addresses, boot
order of disk controllers, and so on.
For information concerning the System Configuration Utility, refer to the
documentation included with your ProLiant server.
