Creating an Additional Page File
When additional memory or software applications are installed on your server,
errors may occur in the event log indicating that the drive C is nearing
capacity. To solve this problem, you can either move applications located on
drive C to another partition, or create a page file. The page file should be
created on a separate partition to support the amount of memory in the server.
Creating the page file on its own partition is the most efficient solution. For
additional information on creating page files, refer to the Page File section of
the Help file, which can be accessed by clicking Start, then Help.
Installing the Token Ring Network Interface
Card
If you installed a token ring NIC and want to set it as the first node in a loop,
you must set the token ring speed. The token ring speed may be set after the
operating system installation is complete. Procedures are provided for the
following token rings:

Complete the following steps to set the ring speed for the Compaq NC4621
TokenRingNICPCI4/16WOLcontroller:
1. Click Start, then select Programs.
2. Select Administrative Tools, Computer Management, then Device
Manager.
3. Expand the Network Adapters section.
4. Select Compaq Token Ring NIC NC4621 PCI, 4/16, WOL, then
Properties.
5. Select the Advanced tab, then select Ring Speed.
6. Select either 4Mb/s or 16Mb/s from the drop-down list on the right,
then click OK.
