Print quality diagnostic report
Print quality problems can have many causes-software settings, a poor image le, or the printing system
itself. If you are unhappy with the quality of your prints, a Print Quality Diagnostic page can help you
determine if the printing system is working correctly.
To print a print quality diagnostic report using the EWS
1. Open the embedded web server (EWS). For information, see Open the embedded web server.
2. Click the Tools tab.
3. Click Print Quality Toolbox under Utilities.
4. Click the Print Quality Report button.
To print a print quality diagnostic report using HP Utility (OS X)
1. In the Information And Support section, click Print Quality Diagnostics.
2. Click Print.
