week for assistance on resolving issues - hardware onsite response within four hours and software call
back within two hours after opening your case. Three years' coverage recommended with HPE Support

Tape Drives Installed in
a 1U or 3U Rack Mount
Kit
NOTE:
These services do not apply to Tape Drives mounted in a 1U or 3U
Rack Mount Kit. The HPE Rack Mount Kit Support Service covers the all
possible configurations of Tape Drives. Hence the services for 1U & 3U Rack
Mount Kit covers all encumbering drives.
