Description
Membership conditions
Define the user mailboxes or journals to be mined with this rule. Select
any or all of the following:
String pattern matc hing (Meta): Use a wildcard to define members
of an organization or organizational unit. For information on the
syntax to use, see Defining wildcard patterns”onpage63.
Groups: A group within the organization.
Important! EAsdoesnotsupportgrouptypesthataresettoAccess
Control List .
Person entry:Individualmailboxes.
Default Agent Status
Click Enable to enable the Profile Agent for the specified users. (The
Profile Agent itself is enabled in a separate process. See Scheduling
and enabling the Profile Agent”onpage73.)
Inherited Fields
EAs Mail Detail records contain several values from Domino Person
or Mail-In documents, which allow users to be synchronized with the
Domino Dire ctory. (See ViewingMailDetailrecords”onpage74.
If you want the Mail Detail records to inherit other, specific fields from
users Person documents or Mail-In database documents, enter them
here. Field names can be separated by commas, semicolons, or new
lines.
