5. Pull out the output tray extension.
To load envelopes
1. Pull out the paper tray, slide the paper-width guides outward, and then remove any previously loaded
media.
2. Load envelopes
●
Insert one or more envelopes in the center of the paper tray. The print side should face down. Load
envelopes according to the graphic.
●
Slide a stack of envelopes inward until it stops.
●
Slide the paper-width guides inward against the stack of envelopes until they stop.
3. Push the paper tray back in.
4. Change or retain the paper settings on the printer display.
