What are the storage dierences between the HP Zx40 products
• The HP Z440 and Z640 Workstations will both have a maximum of 16 TB of storage

, but the Z840 is planned
to start shipping with 15 TB. In late 2014, the Z840 is scheduled to introduce a 4 TB 7200 SATA drive that will allow for a
 maximumstorageof20TB.Asidefromthe4TBdriveontheZ840,allthreeplatformswillbecongurablewitha 
similar line up of 7200 SATA, 10K SATA, SSD, 10K SAS, 15K SAS, and PCIe HP Z Turbo Drives.
What are the storage dierences between the HP Zx40 and Zx20 products?
• In the HP Zx40 series, the number of SATA controller ports has been increased to support six (6x) SATA 6 Gb/s ports
across all three platforms.
•ThoughsupportedintheHPZx20series,theZx40productswillbecongurablewiththeHPZTurboDrives,which 
provide customers with the leading solution in PCIe storage.
