DD = two-digit day of the month
HH = two-digit hour (00 through 12)
MM = two-digit minute (00 through 59)
PE = two-letter of the 12-hour period (AM or PM)
TZD = UTC offset (+HH:MM or HH:MM)
Example: 2016-Mar-26 09:10 AM (UTC -07:00)
<timestamp> is wrapped in double quotes
NOTE: Modifying the date or time format on the device doesn’t modify the
format of <timestamp>.
