3. Close the cartridge access door.
To clear a paper jam from the duplex area
1. Remove Tray 1 by pulling it out from the printer.
2. Press the buttons on both sides of output tray, remove it.
3. Open the duplex door (above where the tray was), by holding the center and pulling it towards you.
