Second Serial Port
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly (
Preparation for Disassembly on page 37).
2.
Remove the access panel (
Access Panel on page 38).
3.
Disconnect the serial port cable from the system board.
4.
Disconnect the serial port cable from the two clips (1) mounted on the inside of the chassis.
5.
Remove the two retaining screws from the outside of the chassis that secure the serial port to the
chassis (2) and remove the serial port.
