The HP BladeSystem c-Class Virtual Connect Support Utility Version 1.4.0 contains the following
enhancements:
• Support for upgrading Multi-Enclosure Virtual Connect domains
• Upgrading to a new Virtual Connect 8Gb Fibre Channel Module
• Ability to use non-privileged FTP port numbers
Administrator/Power User privileges are no longer needed after VC-FC modules are also upgraded
to a supported Firmware version: v1.32 for Virtual Connect 4Gb modules, and initial release for
Virtual Connect 8Gb modules
• Connectivity check added to healthcheck action
• Ability to perform actions on a module with Failed or Degraded health
