HP 10 Gigabit Ethernet - High Performance Computing An HP 10 gigabit Ethernet high performance computing network includes host channel adapters (HCAs) in two form factors: one with standard PCI form factor for HP ProLiant DL and SL servers, and another with the mezzanine form factor for HP ProLiant BL server blades. The components that contain PCI or HCA cards are visible and manageable parts of your HP 10GbE network.

Firmware and Drivers To update firmware for the Mellanox ConnectX HCAs used in HP 10 Gigabit Ethernet configurations, click the Support & Drivers tab on the hp.com website. Follow the steps to select the firmware by your operating system type using the HP part number. Be sure to read and follow the installation instructions provided on the firmware download page to ensure that the correct firmware image is downloaded for your specific HCA type.
