Table 20 Fabric OS 7.0.2d closed defects (continued)
SolutionClosed fixes summary
Fixed in Fabric OS 7.0.2dASIC entries are not being cleared upon HA processing, leading to server
issues.
Fixed in Fabric OS 7.0.2dIn a heavily congested fabric, if an HA Failover occurs when a backend
port is reporting a frame timeout, the switch falsely identifies a stuck VC
and performs a link reset.
Workaround prior to upgrade: Disable
auto tuning.
After enabling auto tuning, the HP 64-port 8Gb FC Blade faulted in an HP
SN8000B SAN Director Switch and the blade had to be power cycled to
be recovered.
Fixed in Fabric OS 7.0.2d
Fixed in Fabric OS 7.0.2dThe name server stops responding to CT commands such as GID_FT,
GPN_FT, and RPN_ID.
Fixed in Fabric OS 7.0.2dAn unstable link may cause switches to internally reset the port and generate
link level errors.
Fixed in Fabric OS 7.0.2dUsers may experience frequent blade faults upon detection of transient
self-correctable ASIC errors
Fixed in Fabric OS 7.0.2dThe back end link CRC with good EOF errors are not reported separately
from the current ASIC error monitoring scheme.
