Field Descriptions
The brief information of interface(s) under route mode: Brief information about Layer 3 interfaces.
The brief information of interface(s) under bridge mode: Brief information about Layer 2 interfaces.
Link: ADM - administratively down; Stby - standby: Link status:
ADM—The interface has been administratively shut down. To recover its physical layer state,
perform the undo shutdown command.
Stby—The interface is operating as a backup interface.
Interface: Interface number.
Link Cause: Displays information about interfaces in the down state and the causes.
Operating Notes
For the interfaces under route mode, only "interface tunnels" are displayed; other types are not
supported.
H3C displays one of the reasons for the field "Cause" if the port is down: Not connected,
Administratively, Link-Aggregation interface down, OAM connection failure, DLDP connection
failure, Loopback detection-protected, BPDUprotected, Monitor-Link uplink down.
ProVision doesn’t support OAM and DLDP.
