Displays the transceiver manufacturing information of the specified transceiver on an interface or
of all the interfaces in the device.
HP Switch(config)# display transceiver manuinfo interface g1

Manu. Serial Number : MY902IF107
Manufacturing Date : 081118
Vendor Name : n/a
Field Descriptions
Manu. Serial Number: Serial number of the transceiver, generated during device commissioning
Manufacturing Date: Commissioning date of the transceiver, which is the date of the computer
used for commissioning the switch
Vendor Name: Name of vendor who customizes the transceiver
Operating Notes
The manufacturing date is displayed in the following formats:
• Older transceivers—displayed in yyyymmdd format
• Newer transceivers—displayed in yymmddll or yymmdd format.
