3. Once the migration is complete, re-install HP 3PAR MPIO, making sure to use the options:
SOFTWARE to install 3PARmpio
AUTOMATICALLY install requisite software? no
OVERWRITE same or newer versions? yes
ACCEPT new license agreements? yes
4. Perform bosboot -aDd /dev/ipldevice.
5. Reboot the IBM Virtual I/O Server server.
6. Add additional paths to the VIOS system disks that were removed in “Requirements for
Migrating VIOS” (page 50).
7. Issue the bosboot -aDd /dev/ipldevice command.
8. Reboot the IBM Virtual I/O Server server.
9. Verify all paths as operational.
