 If you see the following message when trying to perform a backup, it means that the database
server is not running:
$ /opt/HP3PAR/HP3PS/hsqldb/bin/backup_database 10
Failed to get a connection to 'jdbc:hsqldb:hsql://localhost:9002/apm' as user
"ADMIN".
Cause: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
