Battery Backup Unit LEDs
Depending on the configuration, storage systems with HP 3PAR cabinets include one or more
battery trays that hold up to four Battery Backup Units (BBUs) apiece. BBUs supply enough power
to write the cache memory to the drive inside the node in the event of a power failure.
