The specified node fan module has failed.
If the issue isn't transient, call HP Support

Node Fan Module 1 Power Fault
SUGGESTED ACTION
The specified node fan module has experienced a power fault. The fan should be examined first,
to see if a replacement is indicated. If there are no issues with the fan, the node may need to be
replaced.
