Secure Service Policy Manager Upgrade Instructions

11 At the command prompt, enter the following commands. Each command is followed by

pressing the Enter key.

a <drive_where_PolicyManager_is_Installed>:

Example: Enter F: if the Policy Manager software is installed on the F drive.

b net stop 3PARSSPM

c cd “\Program Files\3PAR\Secure Service Policy Manager”

d Tomcat5\bin\dopm4cleaner "\Program Files\3PAR\Secure Service Policy

Manager"

e net start 3PARSSPM

12 To access to the Policy Manager, go to http://xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy.

where:

◆ xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address.

◆ yyyy is the port the Policy Manager was configured to listen on.

13 To gain access to the Tomcat server, go to http://xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/admin.

NOTE: If the 3PAR Secure Service Policy Manager is installed on a drive other than

the C: drive, perform step 11, otherwise go to step 12.

NOTE: The default port is 8080.
