This release notes document describes the modifications and known issues for Patch 04. This is a recommended patch and is only intended to be applied to HP 3PAR OS 3.1.2.278 (GA) plus Patch P01 or HP 3PAR OS 3.1.2.322 (MU1). Only an authorized HP Service Provider should perform this maintenance procedure.
