Fabric tree
The fabric tree (Figure 6) is the left panel of the Fabric Manager and displays the switches, ports, and
fabrics you have selected. You can expand or collapse the tree to show or hide the lower-level elements of
a fabric, switch group, or port group. The background color of each element indicates its current status.

The fabric tree is organized as shown in Figure 7.

The fabric tree is updated periodically, depending on your SAN size, as shown in Table 5 on page 27.
You can manually refresh the status by right-clicking any element in the tree and selecting Refresh Status
Information from the context menu.
Context Help Changes your pointer to the help pointer. Click an element of the GUI
for context-sensitive help.
Help Opens Fabric Manager online help.
