4. Start the System Dump Analyzer and confirm that the Fibre Channel ports are usable by performing the
following commands for each device. A Link State value of 00000001 means the Fibre Channel port is
properly configured.

5. Use the System Dump Analyzer to confirm the connectivity to the SCSI/FCP Targets which are visible
through the Fibre Channel ports. An STDT Stat value of 0001 means that the SCSI/FCP Target is
available to OpenVMS:
