Installing an HP BLc QLogic 4X QDR InfiniBand Managed Switch
To install an HP BLc QLogic 4X QDR InfiniBand Managed Switch, follow the steps in the following
subsections

CAUTION: All panels and doors should be in place and securely fastened while the unit is in operation
for proper cooling and for EMI emissions control.
Preparing the Interconnect Module Bay in the HP BladeSystem Enclosure
To prepare the interconnect module bay in an HP BladeSystem enclosure, follow these steps:
1. Remove any devices or blanks.
2. To remove the divider, press the divider release button (see callout 1 in Figure 5) and slide the divider
out of the interconnect module bay (see callout 2 in Figure 5).
