Parameters
value: Number of hops, in the range of 0 to 255. When it is set to 0, the Hop Limit field in RA messages
sent by the device is 0. The number of hops is determined by the requesting device itself.
Examples
# Set the hop limit advertised by the device to 100.

ipv6 nd ns retrans-timer
Use ipv6 nd ns retrans-timer to set the interval for retransmitting an NS message. The local interface
retransmits an NS message at intervals of this value. Furthermore, the Retrans Timer field in RA messages
sent by the local interface is equal to this value.
Use undo ipv6 nd ns retrans-timer to restore the default.

undo ipv6 nd ns retrans-timer
Default
The local interface sends NS messages at an interval of 1000 millisecond and the Retrans Timer field in
the RA messages sent is 0, so that the interval for retransmitting an NS message is determined by the
receiving device.
