• The preference set by the routing policy applies to all matching RIPng routes. The preference of
other routes is set by the preference command.
• If no preference is set by the routing policy, the preference of all RIPng routes is set by the preference
command.
Examples
# Set the RIPng route preference to 120.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] ripng 100
[Sysname-ripng-100] preference 120
# Restore the default RIPng route preference.
[Sysname-ripng-100] undo preference
reset ripng process
Use reset ripng process to reset the specified RIPng process.

reset ripng process-id process

process-id: RIPng process ID, in the range of 1 to 65535.
Usage guidelines
After executing the command, you are prompted whether you want to reset the RIPng process.

reset ripng statistics
Use reset ripng statistics to clear the statistics of the specified RIPng process.
