Interface management configuration example
Network requirements
As shown in Figure 5, LB connects Host A and Host B through its interfaces GigabitEthernet 0/1 and
GigabitEthernet 0/2, respectively. Configure the two interfaces as shown in Figure 5, so that both Host
A and Host B c
an access LB. Then, shut down GigabitEthernet 0/1 so that Host A will not be able to
access LB.

Configuring LB
1. Change the operating mode of GigabitEthernet 0/1 to bridge:
a. Select System > Interface from the navigation tree.
b. Click the icon for GigabitEthernet0/1.
c. Select the Bridge mode option for the working mode item.
d. Click Apply.
