7. Enable the Telnet service on the firewall:
a. Select Device Management > Service Management from the navigation tree.

1. Configure a local user:
a. Select User > Local User from the navigation tree.

c. Enter the username telnet.
d. Select the access level Management.
e. Select the service type Telnet.
