The startup query interval is 1/4 of the MLD query interval.

interval: Specifies a startup query interval in seconds, namely, the interval between general queries that
the MLD querier sends on startup, in the range of 1 to 18000.
Examples
# Set the startup query interval to 5 seconds on GigabitEthernet 0/1.
