The MLD querier's robustness variable determines the following values:
The default number of MLD general queries that the MLDv1/v2 querier sends on startup.
The number of multicast-address-specific queries that the MLDv1 querier sends after receiving an
MLD done message.
The number of multicast-address-and-source-specific queries that the MLDv2 querier sends after
receiving an MLD report that indicates relation changes between IPv6 multicast groups and IPv6
multicast sources.
