Parameters
number: Number of the VT interface, in the range of 0 to 1023.
domain isp-name: Specifies the ISP domain name, a case-insensitive string of 1 to 24 characters. The
characters cannot include forward slash (/), backslash (\), colon (:), asterisk (*), question mark (?), left
angle bracket (<), right angle bracket (>), or at sign (@).
