ipv4-unicast topology-name: Specifies an IPv4 unicast topology. topology-name is a case-sensitive string
of 1 to 31 characters.
number: Maximum number of ECMP routes. The value range is 1 to 8.
Usage guidelines
If no topology is specified, the command configures the maximum number of ECMP routes for the base
topology.

system ID, and the last part 00 being SEL.
Usage guidelines
A NET is a special NSAP address with the SEL being 0. The length of the NET is in the range of 8 bytes
to 20 bytes.
