GigabitEthernet0/1 current state
Physical state of the interface:
Administratively DOWN—The interface is administratively shut
down by the shutdown command.
DOWN—The interface is administratively up but its physical state
is down, which may be caused by a connection or link failure.
UP—The administrative and physical states of the interface are
both up.
Line protocol current state
Link layer state of the interface:
DOWN—The link layer protocol state of the interface is down.
UP—The link layer protocol state of the interface is up.
IPv6 is enabled
IPv6 is enabled on the interface. This function is automatically
enabled after an IPv6 address is configured for an interface.
link-local address Link-local address of the interface.
Global unicast address(es) Global unicast addresses of the interface.
valid lifetime Valid lifetime of the global unicast address.
preferred lifetime Preferred lifetime of the global unicast address.
Joined group address(es) Addresses of the multicast groups that the interface has joined.
MTU Maximum transmission unit of the interface.
ND DAD is enabled, number of DAD
attempts
Number of DAD attempts, with DAD enabled.
If DAD is enabled, the number of neighbor request messages is
also displayed (configured by using the ipv6 nd dad attempts
command)
If DAD is disabled, "ND DAD is disabled" is displayed. To disable
DAD, set the number of neighbor request messages for DAD to 0.
ND reachable time Neighbor reachable time.
ND retransmit interval Interval for retransmitting an NS message.
