max-len: Specifies the maximum IPv6 packet length in bytes, in the range of 1 to 65535. The value of
max-len cannot be smaller than that of min-len.

policy-name: Specifies the policy name, a string of 1 to 19 characters.
Usage guidelines
You can configure only one IPv6 policy for local PBR. If you perform this command multiple times, only
the last specified policy takes effect.
Local PBR is used to route locally generated packets. Do not configure IPv6 local PBR unless required.
