Enabling the blacklist feature
From the navigation tree, select Intrusion Detection > Blacklist to enter the blacklist management page,
as shown in Figure 1. Then, select the Enable Blacklist opti
on and click Apply to enable the blacklist
feature.

Adding a blacklist entry manually
From the navigation tree, select Intrusion Detection > Blacklist to enter the blacklist management page,
and then click Add to add a blacklist entry, as shown in Figure 2.

IP Address
Specify the IP address to be blacklisted. It cannot be a network, broadcast, loopback,
or Class E address.
Hold Time Set the entry to a non-permanent one and specify a lifetime for it.
Permanence Set the entry to a permanent one.
