Parameters
group-number: Index of the address pool, in the range 0 to 255l.
start-address: Start IP address of the address pool.
end-address: End IP address of the address pool. The end-address cannot be smaller than the
start-address. If they are the same, the address pool has only one IP address.
The maximum number of IP addresses that can be added to an address pool is 255.
level level : Specifies the level of port numbers assigned in NAPT translation for this address pool. The
value for argument level is either 1 or 0. 0 represents a lower level, and the assignable port numbers
