Description
Use the igmp proxying forwarding command to enable a non-querier downstream interface to forward
multicast traffic.
Use the undo igmp proxying forwarding command to disable the forwarding capability of a non-querier
downstream interface.
By default, a non-querier downstream interface does not forward multicast traffic.
Examples
# Enable the multicast forwarding capability on GigabitEthernet 0/1, a non-querier downstream
interface on the IGMP proxy device.

Description
Use the igmp require-router-alert command to configure the interface to discard IGMP messages that do
not carry the Router-Alert option.
Use the undo igmp require-router-alert command to restore the default configuration.
By default, the device does not check the Router-Alert option, namely it passes all the IGMP messages it
receives to the upper layer protocol for processing.
