To set the idle timeout timer:
1. Select Device Management > Device Basic > Web Management from the navigation tree to enter
the page shown in Figure 49.
2. Set the idle timeout timer value.
3. Click Apply.

Setting the idle timeout timer at the CLI
You can set the idle timeout timer for a logged-in user. After a user logs in to the firewall, if the user does
not perform any operation when the timer expires, the firewall automatically tears down the connection
to the user. If you set this timer to 0, the firewall does not tear down the connection automatically.

Enabling display of copyright statement
The firewall by default displays the copyright statement when a Telnet or SSH user logs in, or when a
console user quits user view. You can disable or enable the function as needed. The following is a sample
copyright statement:
