receiving an IGMP report that tells relation changes between IPv6 multicast groups and IPv6
multicast sources.
Related commands: display igmp interface, igmp robust-count, last-member-query-interval,
startup-query-count, timer other-querier-present, and timer query.

Description
Use send-router-alert to globally enable insertion of the Router-Alert option into IGMP messages to be
sent.
Use undo send-router-alert to globally disable insertion of the Router-Alert option into IGMP messages
to be sent.
By default, an IGMP message carries the Router-Alert option.
Related commands: igmp send-router-alert and require-router-alert.
