Unlike IGP, BGP has no explicit metric for making load balancing decision. Instead, it implements load
balancing by defining its routing rule.

Description
Use bestroute as-path-neglect to configure the IPv6 BGP router to not evaluate the AS_PATH during best
route selection.
Use undo bestroute as-path-neglect to configure the IPv6 BGP router to use the AS_PATH during best
route selection.
By default, the router takes AS_PATH as a factor when selecting the best route.
