PPPoE client configuration example in the Web interface
Network requirements
Configure PPPoE client on the Firewall and enable the PPPoE client to communicate with the PPPoE server,
as shown in Figure 69.

# Create a PPPoE client.
• Select Network > PPPoE > Client from the navigation tree, click Add, and make the following
configurations on the page shown in Figure 70.

• Enter 1 as the dialer interface name.
• Enter user1 as the username.
• Enter password1 as the password.
• Select the IP configuration mode as PPP negotiation.
• Select the security zone as Trust (This configuration item varies with the network environment).
