Configuring DDNS in the web interface
Configuration prerequisites
Visit the website of a DDNS service provider, register an account, and apply for a domain name for
the DDNS client. When the DDNS client updates the mapping between the domain name and the
IP address through the DDNS server, the DDNS server checks whether the account information is
correct and whether the domain name to be updated belongs to the account.
Specify the primary IP address and the security zone for the interface and make sure that the DDNS
server and the interface can reach each other.
Configure static or dynamic domain name resolution to translate the domain name of the DDNS
server into its IP address.
Configuration procedure
Select Network > DNS > DDNS from the navigation tree to enter the DDNS page, as shown in Figure 142.
