Power supplies
Use these steps to determine power supply status.
1. Check the LED indicators on the power supply (see Figure 21 on page 84). The LED patterns
may temporarily change during POST and other diagnostic tests; for information about how to
interpret the LED patterns, refer to Table 19 on page 85.
2. Type psShow to check power supply status.
The power supply status displays OK, Absent, or Faulty. If a power supply is absent or faulty,
contact the HP to order replacement parts, as necessary. Figure 21 shows the power supply in
the 4/256 SAN Director. Table 18 identifies the components.
