OAP module commands Support for OAP module commands depends on the device model. For more information, see About the Command References for HP Unified Wired-WLAN Products. oap connect Use oap connect to access the CLI of the OAP module from the device. Syntax oap connect slot slot-number Views User view Default command level 1: Monitor level Parameters slot slot-number: Specifies the number of the slot where an OAP system resides. Usage guidelines To return to the device's CLI, press Ctrl+K.
Parameters ip-address: Specifies the management IP address of the OAP module. This address must be configured on the OAP module. slot slot-number: Specifies the number of the slot where an OAP system resides. Usage guidelines To use NMS to manage an OAP module, you must first configure the management IP address of the OAP module. Examples # Configure the management IP address of the OAP module in slot 0 as 1.1.1.1 on HP 870 Unified Wired-WLAN Appliance. System-view [Sysname] oap management-ip 1.
