11.Provide a name for the report or graph template and then click OK.
Generating reports and graphs from templates
The Performance Monitor feature has a set of six templates (by default) that are useful if you need to
generate an ongoing report without a specified time interval. Table 15 on page 90 lists the default
templates.
To generate a report or graph from a Performance Monitor template:
1. In the SAN Elements tab, right-click the fabric and select Performance Monitor > Reports > Generate
From Template from the context menu.
2. Right-click and select Performance Monitor > Reports > Generate From Template from the context
menu.
The Generate from Template dialog box opens (see Figure 49 on page 98).
3. Select the template you want from the list and then click OK.
The report or graph is generated and displayed.
4. Click Save in Database to save the report or graph.
The Save Report dialog box opens.
5. Provide a name for the report or graph.
6. Click OK.
Saving performance monitor reports or graphs
NOTE: You cannot print a graph.
To save a Performance Monitor report or graph:
1. Create a custom report or graph, generate a report or graph from a template, or edit an existing
graph as described in the following sections:

•”Generating reports and graphs from templates” on page 100
•”Editing performance monitor graphs” on page 102
The report or graph is displayed.
