To customize the contents displayed in a view and the order of the columns displayed:
1. Click any element in the SAN Elements tab.
2. Select the tab whose view you want to change.
3. Select View > View Options.
The Edit View Options dialog box opens (see Figure 13).

4. To select the columns of information that you want displayed in all of the table views (but not the
Topology view), click an item in the Available Items list and then click the right arrow to add it to
the Display Items list. You can also click an item in the Display Items list and use the left arrow to
remove it (places it in the Available Items list).
You can also use the Ctrl and Shift keys to select multiple items and move them simultaneously.
5. To select the order in which the columns are displayed in all of your table views (but not the Topology
view), click an item from the Display Items list, and then use the up and down arrows to
rearrange the order (top-to-bottom is left-to-right).
6. Click Apply.
7. Click OK.
To customize the sorting of the information displayed in a column (ascending or descending), click the
header of the column you want to reorder. Each time you click the column heading, the order toggles
between ascending and descending.
To customize the sorting of the information displayed in multiple columns from different table views
simultaneously (ascending or descending):
1. From one of the table views (but not the Topology view), select Edit > Sort Order.
The Edit Sort Order dialog box opens (see Figure 14).
